Our generous sponsor, Carworks, is hosting a Kentucky Derby Party for CORvettes Of the Rockies at the Rzepiennik Running Fox Ranch in Weld County-Longmont. Join us at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 2, for a day of horse racing, fancy hats, and mint juleps. Carworks and our ranch hosts, Chris and Alison, will provide entrees from Collision Brewing Co., along with non-alcoholic refreshments and “adult” beverages. There will be plenty of parking for your Corvette, providing an excellent photo opportunity. We encourage you to wear your best Derby attire—hats are highly recommended!

The event will feature:

1. Ranch Tours: Meet the animals, including a new 10-month-old Percheron filly.
2. Games & Entertainment: Enjoy horseshoes, corn hole, and other activities leading up to the race.
3. The Main Event: Watch the Derby on the big screen at the indoor-outdoor bar.
4. Raffles: Participate in a bourbon/whiskey tasting raffle for five winners, plus a second surprise raffle to be announced at the party.
