DESCRIPTION:The Christmas Party will be held at the CORvettes Of the Rockies Clubhouse at Collision Brewing Co\, located at 1436 Skyway Dr\, Longmont\, on Saturday\, December 13\, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. We will have a private room for our club. The party schedule is as follows: \n\n4pm – Cocktail Hour\n5pm – Dinner\n6pm – Social Activities & Christmas Games\n\nCocktail hour will have a cash bar & complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments. Dinner will be a buffet\, which will consist of:\n\n\n\n\nCaesar Salad\nEntrees:\n\nChicken Cordon Bleu with stuffed w/Swiss cheese and ham. Topped with Dejon mustard\, herbs and parmesan\nBeef Bordelaise sliced Bistro Filet with Red Wine\, garlic & mushrooms. Simmered in red wine demi-glaze\nNOTE: Atlantic Salmon may be added to menu\n\n\nSides:\n\nGarlic Mashed Potatoes & Butter Roasted\nCarrots w/Balsamic Glaze\n\n\nHouse made beer bread & dinner rolls with butter\,\nDessert\, and\nComplimentary non-alcoholic refreshments (soft drinks\, lemonade\, water)\n\n\n\n\nYour cost will be $20/person\, which includes the meal\, tax & gratuity (club is subsidizing about half of the cost). Reservations will be open on November 1.
